Nebracin-DM Opthalmic Solution is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin which treat bacterial infections. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine.
It blocks the production work of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause redness, sweling and itching. Tobramycin is an antibiotic.
